Option 1:
1. Download and update your Ubuntu version to 18.04 (at least) . Older Ubuntu versions do not communicate with our remote server. Tested on Ubuntu version 20.10, Remote access application Remmina version 1.4.8
2. WHAT IS NEW:) Do not open "Tools_sessions.rdp" file using Remmina tool to connect to our remote computer.
3. Instead, start “Remmina“ application (install is from “Ubuntu Software“ if it not present) and create NEW CONNECTION as per screenshots below.
Step1. Click ADD NEW CONNECTION.
Step2. In TAB „Basic“ enter S035.synergium.eu to Server field, enter your SHORT username eg EXTRAVE or EXTxxxx (not Synergium\EXTxxxx), and password. You have username and password in automated RemotePC access email. Also, enter synergium to field Domain. Then click tab ADVANCED.
In tab ADVANCED, enter different server, s034.synergium.eu (not s035.synergium as in former step) to Remote Desktop Gateway server field. Then enter Username, eg EXTRAVE, password. Also enter synergium to Domain field. Then SAVE it by clicking SAVE AS DEFAULT.
DOUBLE CLICK the connection that you have to connect to RemotePC!!!!! :)
